Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients assisting with inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills a customer-first mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and in person in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction.
Assist in administrative tasks as needed including data entry and reporting.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelors degree preferred).
Previous experience in customer service or administrative support is an advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office CRM systems).
