Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat
Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues efficiently
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Communications Business or a related field preferred
Previous experience in customer support or client service roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications
