We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Leadership Development Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about leadership professional growth and organizational development. The Associate will play a key role in supporting leadership programs assisting in training initiatives and working alongside senior leaders to ensure the success of our development strategies.
Responsibilities
Assist in the design and delivery of leadership development programs and training sessions.
Conduct research and provide insights on leadership best practices and industry trends.
Support the creation of training materials workshops and coaching initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify leadership needs and opportunities.
Track program effectiveness and prepare reports for management review.
Provide administrative support for leadership events and learning sessions.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources Psychology or related field.
Strong interest in leadership development training or organizational growth.
Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in training HR or leadership programs is a plus but not required.
