Job Description: Virtual Email and Chat Support Advisor

Location: United States (Remote)

Compensation: $28 - $35 per hour

Reporting Structure: Reports to Customer Support Manager


Summary:

We are seeking a Virtual Email and Chat Support Advisor to join our team at FXBC Mid North Coast. As a key member of our customer support team you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through email and chat channels. If you have excellent communication skills a passion for customer service and the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment we want to hear from you!


Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customers to ensure a positive experience
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Identify and report trends in customer inquiries to improve overall customer satisfaction


Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a virtual environment
  • Previous experience in customer service or support role preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Experience:
  • 1 years of experience in customer service or support role
  • Experience working in a virtual environment preferred
