Job Description: Virtual Email and Chat Support Advisor
Location: United States (Remote)
Compensation: $28 - $35 per hour
Reporting Structure: Reports to Customer Support Manager
Summary:
We are seeking a Virtual Email and Chat Support Advisor to join our team at FXBC Mid North Coast. As a key member of our customer support team you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through email and chat channels. If you have excellent communication skills a passion for customer service and the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers to ensure a positive experience
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify and report trends in customer inquiries to improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a virtual environment
- Previous experience in customer service or support role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
