What Youll Do
- Support students with individualized learning needs during lessons and activities
- Work alongside the Learning Specialist and classroom teachers
- Provide one-on-one and small group academic support
- Help maintain a positive safe classroom environment
- Assist with behavior support plans and student progress tracking
- Be part of daily school routines (arrival dismissal lunch recess)

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree(required)
- Experience working with childrenin a school setting is preferred
- Special Education experienceis a plus but not required
- Ability to pass abackground check
- Willingness to work directly with the Learning Specialistand collaborate with a team of support staff
- Willingness to receive CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) training
