Job Description

This is a remote position.

We re looking for a proactive Order Processing Specialist (Remote) to support project execution by managing procurement data efficiently and this remote position you will help translate architectural visions into reality through timely order processing and supplier communication all from your remote home office.



Key Responsibilities

  • Compile and input purchase order details item descriptions quantities specifications and delivery schedules using your remote workstation.

  • Verify accuracy against project documentation and liaise with project leads to resolve any discrepancies.

  • Track order fulfillment update project teams on status and help maintain momentum toward delivery deadlines.

  • Organize and file records of orders invoices and confirmations for easy retrieval and audit.

  • Generate and distribute order status reports to keep both design and operations teams informed.

  • Collaborate with project managers suppliers and internal staff across onsite and remote channels.

  • Recommend improvements to improve procurement flow and ordering accuracy in a remote work environment.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and data security while processing sensitive orders from a remote setup.




Requirements

  • High school diploma required; additional training in business administration or architecture-related fields is a plus.

  • Previous order processing procurement support or administrative experience remote work experience is preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail organization and data entry accuracy.

  • Proficiency in spreadsheet and document systems; quick learning of new tools is a plus.

  • Clear professional written and verbal communication especially important in a remote setting.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and tasks effectively when remote.

  • Reliable collaborative and enthusiastic about contributing to a creative architecture team both onsite and remote.

Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field preferred. Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in construction administration or project management. Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and contract administration. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse project teams.
