Online Support Specialist
Location: United States (Remote)
CityGreen Services is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Online Support Specialist to join our team. The Online Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our online users. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive online presence for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via online chat email and phone
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our online services
- Assist customers with account setup login issues and payment processing
- Collaborate with the IT team to escalate technical issues and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer input and experiences
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support role
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using online support tools and CRM software
- Knowledge of environmental services industry is a plus
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
