About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to join our growing team. This role focuses on service repair and maintenance of commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems including walk-ins reach-ins and packaged equipment. Youll work independently in the field drive a company-provided vehicle and have access to top-tier benefits and bonus programs.

Responsibilities
Service commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment (walk-ins reach-ins self-contained units)
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration issues
Perform preventative maintenance and efficiency improvements
Install or replace components: thermostats controls motors etc.
Communicate clearly with customers about service performed
Maintain accurate service records and operate safely
Participate in after-hours service rotation
Order and install replacement parts as needed
Requirements
Universal EPA Certification
Valid Driver s License
Must pass background check and on-site drug test
Able to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must provide personal hand tools (gauges basic tools power tools)
Experience with HVAC refrigeration systems PM work and ice machines preferred
Company-Provided Tools include: ladders vacuum pumps re-claimers nitrogen tank leak detector
