RESPONSIBILITIES
- We are looking for someone who wants a career and to be a part of a growing certification is required!
- HVAC Certification must have current certification
- Valid drivers license & reliable transportation
- Knowledge of basic plumbing electrical and carpentry
- Knowledge/skills in the use of various hand tools and test equipment which may vary in weight from a few ounces to 500 pounds
- Able to perform diagnostic and repair of restaurant equipment (electrical & gas)
- Able to be involved in all repairs to the building structure
- Able to plan all maintenance needs
- Able to work independently
- Basic computer skills
- Good customer service skills
QUALIFICATIONS
- Two years of experience required
- Guest-friendly demeanor
- Fluent English-speaking and writing skills
- Able to lift 35 pounds to waist level
- Exhibit a sense of urgency
- Willing to assume around-the-clock responsibility for restaurant operations
- Willing to work normal schedule of 50 hours per week (all shifts)
