Job Description

Join our virtual call center team and make a difference by supporting nonprofit

organizations. We re looking for professional reliable agents to manage donor calls and

contribute to meaningful causes all from the comfort of your home.

Handle inbound and outbound calls with donors

Accurately log data in call systems

Provide program details and excellent service

Uphold performance metrics consistently

Requirements

High school diploma or GED

6 months remote or 1 year on-site experience

Strong communication and typing skills

Familiarity with Microsoft Office

Quiet home office and flexible availability

Technology Requirements:

Windows 11 PC only (no Chromebooks/Macs)

16 GB RAM recommended

Dual monitors preferred

USB noise-canceling headset (not required to apply)

Hardwired internet connection (not required to apply)
