Location: New York City & surrounding areas
Salary: $20 $23 per hour (DOE)
Job type: Temporary / Contract

Job Summary

We are hiring Receptionists for temporary and contract assignments across New York City and nearby suburbs. These roles are ideal if you enjoy variety want flexible work or are between permanent positions.

You will be placed on assignment through Talent Network Partners with weekly pay and full compliance with New York labor law.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients visitors and staff in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Manage reception inbox and handle general inquiries
  • Schedule meeting rooms and assist with office administration
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist Administrator or in a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Outlook (preferred)
  • Flexibility to accept short-term or contract assignments
