Job Description
The Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of planning execution and delivery for federal construction projects ensuring compliance with client standards contract requirements and applicable federal regulations. This role is responsible for managing budget schedule scope and quality on highly complex projects exceeding $200 million in construction value.
The Project Manager will lead coordination with contractors inspectors schedulers and stakeholders to achieve on-time on-budget delivery that meets our clients performance and sustainability goals including Inflation Reduction Act mandates.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary liaison with client contracting and project officers.
- Manage project budgets schedules and deliverables exceeding $200M.
- Oversee RFIs submittals change orders and claims analysis.
- Coordinate stakeholder communications progress meetings and reporting.
- Ensure contractor compliance with sustainability safety and security requirements.
- Lead risk management and mitigation strategies for complex project phasing.
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role which are to be adhered to where applicable.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Architecture required or a related field.
- Professional registration (PE RA or CCM) required.
- 20 years of construction management experience including at least one project exceeding $200M.
- Extensive experience with federal projects preferably government-managed facilities or other public agencies.
- Expertise in contract administration scheduling and risk/change management.
- Design-Build experienced required.
