Job Title:Senior Application Analyst (Infor WMS)
Location: Houston TX Immediate Hire
Are you a hands-on solution-driven application analyst ready for your next challenge We are seeking a Senior Application Analyst to join our Houston team and make an immediate impact. If you thrive in fast-paced environments enjoy working directly with warehouse operations and have deep expertise with the Infor Warehouse Management System (WMS) this is your chance to take ownership drive innovation and shape the future of supply chain technology.
What You ll Do:
- Support and optimize Infor WMS and related warehouse applications on-site at the local warehouse.
- Analyze design test and implement system enhancements patches and upgrades.
- Collaborate with warehouse users leadership ISD teams and vendors to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Monitor data integrity and interfaces swiftly resolving errors or failures.
- Prepare technical documentation reports and coordinate robust testing processes.
- Provide after-hours/on-call technical support as part of a rotation.
- Mentor junior analysts and serve as a go-to resource for complex technical issues.

Requirements
What You Bring:
- Associate s degree plus 2 years relevant experience or 4 years equivalent hands-on experience.
- At least 3 years experience in application analysis design testing and implementation (healthcare or large corporate systems preferred).
- Proven expertise supporting Warehouse Management Systems (Infor WMS strongly preferred).
- Solid SQL skills (able to write and update scripts).
- Experience with data flows application interfaces and Windows servers.
- ERP system experience is a plus.
- Strong planning organizational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects troubleshoot complex issues and deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Professionalism confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive information.
