We are seeking an experienced and strategic Rehabilitation Program Director to oversee our therapy programs across multiple clinic this key onsite leadership role you ll design implement and evaluate rehabilitation and wellness programs ensuring they deliver superior clinical outcomes while supporting business growth. You ll lead operations guide clinical staff and champion innovation in patient care.
Lead the development and continuous improvement of rehabilitation programs including orthopedic post-operative sports medicine and preventive wellness services.
Collaborate with clinic directors and therapists to align program offerings with community needs and best clinical practices.
Oversee program rollout across clinics managing resources scheduling staffing and operational workflows.
Monitor program performance by analyzing outcome data patient satisfaction metrics and clinical quality indicators; implement performance enhancements as needed.
Mentor train and support clinical staff to elevate care standards promote evidence-based practices and drive professional growth.
Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to clinical protocols documentation standards safety guidelines and industry best practices.
Manage departmental budgets forecasting program-related expenditures and recommending financial strategies for sustainable growth.
Serve as a clinical liaison engaging with external stakeholders referral sources and community partners to promote services and expand program reach.
Drive innovation by introducing new therapeutic modalities workshops wellness initiatives or tech-enhanced care strategies.
Licensed Physical Therapist (required) with a proven track record of leadership in outpatient rehabilitation or multisite program management.
At least 5 7 years of clinical experience including supervisory or program development responsibilities.
Excellent clinical operational and analytical skills; capable of interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
Strong leadership communication and organizational abilities.
Familiarity with rehab documentation quality assurance practices and regulatory standards.
Strategic mindset with the ability to inspire clinical teams and drive continuous program improvement.
