We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Field Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their career in marketing while learning the ins and outs of event management customer engagement and campaign execution. Youll play a key role in planning coordinating and executing marketing activities that showcase Harveys solutions to legal professionals drive brand awareness foster loyalty and support customer acquisition.
Event Support & Execution: Assist with planning and executing field marketing eventsincluding customer dinners conferences webinars and regional campaigns.
Logistics Management: Own event logistics such as venue booking registration management shipping setup RSVP tracking and day-of details including budget oversight.
Sales Alignment: Collaborate closely with the sales team to align event goals and support post-event follow-up.
Content Support: Help create marketing collateral presentations and digital assets for events and campaigns.
Performance Tracking: Monitor analyze and report on campaign and event performance; provide recommendations for improvement.
Vendor & Partner Management: Maintain strong relationships with vendors partners and organizers to ensure seamless execution.
24 years of experience in marketing event coordination hospitality or a related field.
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related discipline.
Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects independently.
A proactive resourceful mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with tools such as Marketo Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus.
Experience in professional services sectors (law banking consulting etc.) and working with high-touch clientele is a plus.
