About the Role
In this role you will:
Diagnose and repair major home appliances including washers dryers ranges ovens dishwashers refrigerators and microwaves
Provide accurate cost estimates and explain services clearly to customers
Order and manage parts efficiently while minimizing waste
Collect payment for completed work
Deliver excellent customer service with every visit
Requirements
What We re Looking For
Experience: 2 years as an Appliance Repair Technician or similar role
Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude electrical knowledge and ability to read schematics
Certifications: EPA certification and sealed system experience strongly preferred
Personal Qualities: Independent detail-oriented and strong problem solver
Requirements: Valid driver s license clean driving record and at least 18 years old
