We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Phoenix. As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining complex web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers designers and other engineers to define design and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Maintain code quality organization and automation.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in full stack software development.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Strong experience with back-end technologies such as Python Ruby on Rails or similar.
- Experience with databases such as MySQL PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with version control systems preferably Git.
- Strong understanding of web services RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
