Job Summary

Multi-state design firm is seeking a Transportation Design Lead Engineer to join their team in Little Rock Arkansas!

Responsibilities:

Lead transportation-related projects (urban/rural highways interchanges and municipal highways)
Use technical expertise to provide guidance to the team
Mentor/train junior staff

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in civil engineering
6 years of roadway/highway design experience
PE License
Arkansas DOT and/or Arkansas municipality projects experience preferred
Knowledge of MicroStation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D

Salary is commensurate with experience.
