Full-Stack Engineer
Full-time On-site (New York City NY) $180K$250K Equity
A high-growth AI-driven fintech startup is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to build core platform components that unify fragmented wealth-management tools into a single AI-native solution. You will own major technical domains from the ground up and work directly with the founding team to establish the technical foundations of the product.
What Youll Do
Design and build end-to-end AI-powered workflows that automate complex financial advisor processes.
Develop multi-agent AI workflows that streamline financial operations and generate intelligent insights.
Architect scalable systems capable of orchestrating real-time financial data across multiple third-party integrations.

Qualifications
Required
510 years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer (ideally within top-tier venture-backed startups).
Strong experience designing and building full-stack systems from scratch.
Expertise in modern backend and frontend development especially with AI-driven or data-heavy products.
Nice to Have
Background in fintech wealth management or AI automation.
Experience with multi-agent systems data orchestration or workflow automation.
