Speech-Language Pathologist (Maternity Leave Coverage)
Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide full-time maternity leave coverage at an elementary school for theschool year. This temporary assignment begins in February 2026 and continues through May 20 2026 supporting students in 3rd and 4th grade with a caseload of up to 55 students.
As the SLP in this role you will be responsible for providing comprehensive speech and language services to elementary students in both general education and special education settings. You will work collaboratively with teachers families and support staff to help students strengthen their communication academic and social-emotional skills.
Role Overview:
- Provide direct and small-group speech and language therapy tailored to IEP goals.
- Conduct screenings evaluations and assessments to identify communication needs.
- Develop implement and adjust individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure student growth.
- Support students in developing critical communication articulation fluency voice and pragmatic language skills.
- Document progress maintain accurate records and prepare reports in compliance with district and state regulations.
- Provide consultation and strategies to teachers and families to support carryover of skills into the classroom and home.
Requirements
- Master s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current Georgia Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
