Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of commercial plumbing projects from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
- Review blueprints specifications and project documents to ensure accurate implementation of plumbing systems.
- Coordinate with contractors subcontractors vendors and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and resource allocation plans.
- Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards building codes and company quality expectations.
- Track project progress prepare reports and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Manage procurement of materials tools and equipment for plumbing installations.
- Conduct regular project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure all work is completed on time within budget and to the required quality standards.
