We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team focusing specifically on auditing and reviewing casino specific reports
RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES:
- Assist in ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with internal Airfare and Allowance policies
- Prepare weekly and monthly casino related reports including analyzing data
- Maintain organized records and documentation of audit findings and resolutions
- Prepare discount support schedules that will be distributed to senior leadership
- Assist in creating weekly and monthly reports summarizing Casino Host performance results.
- Prepare monthly commission reports for hosts.
- Contribute to ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
- Update and prepare daily operating and miscellaneous casino reports for management and/or corporate.
- Additional related duties as requested by management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics Business administration or equivalent work
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word PowerPoint Outlook etc.). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required at present or in the future for this position at all times.
- Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to work at a desk on a computer and with standard office equipment for extended periods of time
- Ability to communicate effectively in English in both oral and written forms
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for presenting financial reports to team members and/or management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays based on business needs
