Job Description
Swift 7 Consultants is currently seeking a professional and motivated Call Center Agent to join our growing operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls assisting customers with inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction through prompt and effective communication.
Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or redirect to the relevant department.
Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
Follow communication scripts procedures and guidelines.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
Meet performance targets including call handling time customer satisfaction and accuracy.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
Proficient with basic computer systems and call center software.
Reliable detail-oriented and team-focused.
