Responsibilities

• Represent debtors creditors and trustees in bankruptcy proceedings and workouts

• Draft and argue motions proofs of claim and reorganization plans

• Conduct legal research and advise clients on insolvency restructuring and creditor-rights matters

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex Chapter 11 and restructuring cases

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school; Pennsylvania or Delaware bar admission preferred

• 48 years of bankruptcy restructuring or commercial litigation experience

• Strong research writing and analytical skills

• Ability to manage client communications and case strategy with limited supervision

Compensation

$170000 $245000 BASE salary depending on firm size and experience
