Job Description
This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Product Owner as part of our Product Team who is agile results-driven customer-focused and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Backlog & Sprint Management
- Own and manage the product backlog writing refining and prioritizing user stories based on product strategy and stakeholder input.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Ensure backlog items are ready for development with clear acceptance criteria.
Collaboration & Communication
- Act as the primary contact between the Product Manager development teams QA and other stakeholders.
- Translate high-level product requirements into actionable development tasks.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure designs are aligned with requirements before development begins.
Delivery & Quality
- Monitor sprint progress using metrics like burndown charts velocity and other Agile KPIs.
- Accept or reject completed work based on predefined acceptance criteria.
- Ensure deliverables meet functional performance and quality standards before release.
Stakeholder Alignment
- Work with Product Managers to align backlog priorities with business goals and the product roadmap.
- Communicate progress blockers and delivery timelines to stakeholders regularly.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a Product Owner Business Analyst or in a similar Agile role.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or MarTech platforms is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Ability to write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX workflows and the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication facilitation and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English

5+ years of experience in product management for B2B SaaS products, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML-powered solutions. Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Strong understanding of AI concepts (machine learning, predictive analytics, NLP, recommendation systems). Technical fluency to work with engineers and data scientists on architecture, data pipelines, and model deployment. Proven ability to translate AI/ML capabilities into user-friendly, business-impacting product features. Fluent in written and spoken English.
