As a Senior Merchandiser your focus is on delivering the optimal product for your designated customer group across all the Production offices. You take full ownership of implementing and ensuring the success of the merchandising strategy tailored to your specific customer segment section department or product type. Your role involves overseeing a structured workflow to guarantee the delivery of the most compelling customer proposition.

Qualifications :
As a Senior Merchandiser you need to have strong analytical skills for anticipating potential challenges on a global level suggesting optimizations and resolving issues.
You have strong ownership and work independently. You help to informally direct and guide the team to achieve regional goals. Communication skills will also be a key element as you will need to build relationships globally across.
This role touches almost the entire supply chain so you need to proactively manage various stakeholders globally balancing different sometimes competingor even conflictingpriorities and somehow finding your way through it all to reach a mutually beneficial.
To be successful on this role you are expected to have:
. Product Development skills and
. Experience in Womenswear in similar brand(s) is a must.
Academic background in Textile Engineering is preferrable.
Effective time management - being stress-resistant and good at prioritization.
Have a flexible mindset positive attitude and be an inspirational team player.
Being fashion knowledgeable and having a genuine interest in fashion trends.
