Senior Scrum Master

• Work within international software development teams across global locations to develop farm management and analysis software with the main responsibility of enabling and coaching teams to achieve committed goals and continuously improve their efficiency.
• Ensure that all Scrum events take place effectively and facilitate them when needed.
• Collaborate with other coaches in the organization to grow within the role and contribute at the organizational level.
• Guide the team through all relevant process steps to ensure that deliverables are of high quality and comply with the defined process framework.
• Support and coach the team to maintain focus and ensure transparency in progress toward external stakeholders.
• Help the team remove or escalate impediments that cannot be solved internally.
• Coach Product Owners to understand and apply Agile principles and support them in maximizing product value.
• Enable Scrum Teams to focus on creating high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done.
• Foster creativity and self-empowerment within the team to challenge product content and ways of working.
• Share best practices by preparing and facilitating workshops and training sessions within the organization.
• Support inter- and multi-team synchronization (e.g. PI plannings chapter meetings).

Qualifications :

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in complex software development projects and methodologies.
• Proven 5 year experience as SM and/or PO in an agile framework (e.g. SAFe Scrum LeSs Kanban).

Skills: 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills (C1) in English both written and verbal.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Technical Competencies:

• Experience working with international and distributed teams is a must.
• Certified in Agile practices (e.g. PSM CSM)
• Experience in using ALM tools for tracking agile process (e.g. JIRA TargetProcess).
• Comprehensive understanding of Agile principles and software development methodologies (Scrum Kanban SAFe LeSs etc.)
• Comprehensive understanding of goal-setting frameworks (OKR KPI SMART etc.)
• Knowledge in design and development of distributed software systems.
• Awareness or experience with different techniques: User Stories Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment Continuous Testing Automated Testing Agile Games.

Nice to Have:

• Understanding code versioning tools such as GIT is a plus.
