- Bachelors Degree in Psichology Marketing Communications.
- Cultural Alignment and Strategy Development.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proactive empowered and adaptable with a passion for creating engaging employee experiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail to ensure results with quality and on-time.
- 3 years of proven experience in internal communication and event planning.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in communication tools and platforms (e.g. MS Office email marketing tools intranet software).
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
- Execute strategies to cultivate and sustain a strong organizational culture aligned with the companys mission vision and values.
- Develop and implement the onboarding process to ensure new employees are effectively integrated into the company culture and values.
- Serve as the primary culture ambassador directly ensuring that company values are consistently reflected in policies practices and employee behaviors with support from Advisors.
- Lead efforts to build strong partnerships with Advisors to drive retention and engagement initiatives.
- Analyze and report on the impact and progress of core programs implementing recommendations to refine future efforts.
- Create coordinate and manage culture initiatives and programs that foster a sense of belonging recognition and collaboration across the organization.
- Administer employee engagement surveys analyze results and execute actionable plans to address key insights.
- Develop and deliver programs in collaboration with Talent and Learning & Development teams to embed cultural values and behaviors across the employee lifecycle.
- Continuously evaluate and integrate best practices and trends to enhance the organizations cultural initiatives.
