- Generate and implement training strategies to keep all relevant functions of the company trained on Compliance Policies and Code of Business Conduct. Follow up certifications in Code of Business Conduct and others courses including LERN and also local training programs. Collaborate in the coordination of Affiliate Compliance Steering Committee (CSC) meetings take minutes and follow-up on agreed actions.
- Advise the business related to the approval process of sponsorships donations and any other promotional and non-promotional activities to ensure adherence to Compliance Policies.
- Provide business guidance with respect to the execution or operational aspects of activities programs and events including with respect to engagement of HCPs interactions with external stakeholder including private and public payers and interactions with patients and patient groups as well as due diligence process with third parties.
- Preliminary review of potential exceptions and deviations to Compliance Policies.
- Support and advise Affiliate Brand Teams and In-field teams as needed and in the implementation of programs and strategies aligned with Compliance Policies. Connect and collaborate with Latin America Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) colleagues to team work projects share best practices and identify areas of improvement.
Qualifications :
- Legal Degree.
- Bilingual local and English language.
- 2 years of experience in a pharma compliance related field. Desired experience in training monitoring audit and investigations.
