Our client is looking for someone to help grow our business by finding new customers building strong relationships and closing deals especially in the Data Center industry across Southeast Asia. This role is perfect for someone with a solid technical background (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering) strong sales experience and the ability to travel often.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set Sales Goals: Help forecast budgets and set sales targets for the Southeast Asia Data Center market.
- Find New Business: Reach out to potential customers and decision-makers to explore new business opportunities.
- Manage Sales Pipeline: Work with the sales team to track and move deals forward. Make sure all sales info is updated in our system.
- Close Deals: Work with different teams (locally and globally) to create strong sales pitches and win over key accounts.
- Build Relationships: Develop long-term partnerships with customers contractors and influencers either directly or through partners/distributors.
- Support Distributors: Help distribution partners with pricing strategy and guidance to win projects.
Non sales duties
- Provide Support: Offer basic marketing and technical help to partners and dealers when needed.
- Analyze Data: Look at sales and market trends to support business decisions.
- Be the Expert: Stay updated on Data Center power products and systems so you can advise customers and partners.
Travel:
Be ready to travel up to 60% of the time for meetings events and customer visits.
Requirements
Min Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of sales experience especially in the Data Center business.
