We are seeking an experienced Identity Management Service Lead to drive the overhaul and repurposing of over 4000 user and privileged accounts using CyberArk and SailPoint platforms. The role offers the potential for extension based on project needs and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the rapid assessment planning and execution of identity overhaul and repurposing activities involving 4000 identities using CyberArk and SailPoint.
- Implement and optimize identity lifecycle processes including provisioning de-provisioning and access recertification within the contract period.
- Configure and manage CyberArk privileged access controls and SailPoint governance workflows to address immediate operational and compliance gaps.
- Collaborate closely with IT security and business teams to ensure quick alignment and decision-making.
- Provide expert guidance on risk mitigation identity security and best practices for short-term but sustainable IAM improvements.
- Ensure thorough documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams for ongoing management post engagement.
- Participate in planning for future phases with the option to extend the engagement beyond six months.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise IAM including CyberArk and SailPoint implementation and management.
- Proven ability to deliver high-impact IAM projects within tight timeframes.
- Strong technical expertise in identity governance and privileged access management.
- Good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to identity management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for effective collaboration in compressed timelines.
Desired:
- Relevant certifications in CyberArk and SailPoint.
- Experience handling large-scale identity overhauls or migrations.
- Familiarity with Singapore regulatory environment is advantageous.
