You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe primary mission will be to support the continuous improvement of IT processes and services ensuring quality operations management and strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage IT/IS operations and ensure the quality of delivered services.
Support and drive continuous process and project management improvements.
Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Conduct and participate in IT process and service audits.
Perform debugging activities and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering Information Systems or equivalent fields.
Proven experience in IT operations management and service quality roles.
Solid knowledge of network protocols (IPv4 IPv6 DNS).
Experience with Windows Server and Unix operating systems.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project) and productivity tools (MS Office).
Experience in analyzing and evaluating service quality.
Commitment and results-oriented mindset.
