THE JOB
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Fee Officer for a national project.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Control and recording of invoice content received in the internal system;
- Comparison of invoice data with current contractual conditions including calculation of fees/commissions and validation of amounts;
- Investigation and resolution of discrepancies identified in invoices;
Interaction with internal departments (Front Office Middle Office Finance etc.) to resolve outstanding issues; - Issuance of payments and accounting entries ensuring compliance with deadlines;
- Monitoring and control of financial discrepancies (Finance breaks).
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven professional experience in similar roles;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel;
- Proven experience withMicrosoft Word;
- Experience with control of invoices content;
- Experience in the recording and maintenance of invoice data;
- Ability to develop and adapt a process;
- Fluency in English(written & spoken).
