Job Summary

Job Title: Supplier Claims Technician (Logistics)

Location: Cacia Aveiro (Portugal)

Work Regime: Full-time & On-site

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Manage claims related to supplier deliveries ensuring timely and effective resolution;
Establish direct communication with suppliers to align on corrective and preventive actions;
Monitor supplier performance with a focus on quality and on-time delivery;
Maintain updated records and reports on incidents and resolution statuses;
Collaborate with internal teams such as Production and Quality to ensure efficient logistics processes;
Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and suppliers to align expectations and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

Previous experience in logistics claims management or similar roles within the automotive industry;
Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written) essential for international supplier communication;
Strong organizational skills problem-solving abilities and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
Knowledge of claims management tools or ERP systems is a plus (e.g. SAP);
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
