Job Title: Supplier Claims Technician (Logistics)

Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Manage claims related to supplier deliveries ensuring timely and effective resolution;
- Establish direct communication with suppliers to align on corrective and preventive actions;
- Monitor supplier performance with a focus on quality and on-time delivery;
- Maintain updated records and reports on incidents and resolution statuses;
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Production and Quality to ensure efficient logistics processes;
- Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and suppliers to align expectations and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
- Previous experience in logistics claims management or similar roles within the automotive industry;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written) essential for international supplier communication;
- Strong organizational skills problem-solving abilities and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
- Knowledge of claims management tools or ERP systems is a plus (e.g. SAP);
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
