Are you a seasoned HR IT professionalready to take the lead in digital transformation initiatives across globalclients
Were looking for a HR IT Solution Managerwith 10 years of experiencestrong SAP functional expertiseand a passion for driving innovation in enterprise systems.
Youll be responsible for leading end-to-endSAP functional streams acting as the go-to person for:
SAPimplementation rollout and enhancement projects
Functional design and configuration in HR IT systems
Integration workshops with cross-functionalteams
Customization and delivery of scalable HRsolutions
Creating functionalspecifications and guiding development teams
Mentoringjunior consultants and supporting capability development
Driving innovationand transformation initiatives
Candidates must meet all of the following criteria to beconsidered:
Minimum 10years of experience in HR ITsolutions
Proven track record in SAP functional consulting
Experience in end-to-end SAP project delivery
Strong background in business process understanding in HR domains
Excellent communication skills in English withproficiency in either French Spanish or Portuguese
Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a strong advantage
S/4HANACertification in core areas
Experience in pre-sales solutioning or SAP transformation projects
Ability to work in multi-cultural global delivery environments
You will collaborate with:
Internal delivery heads architects andpre-sales teams
Client-side business owners and project leaders
Cross-functional SAP teams across modules andgeographies
Start Date:ASAP
ContractDuration: 12 months (renewable)
