Location: Lisbon
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end project activities ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Champion IT security standards and oversee compliance assessments.
- Support risk management and monitoring across IT domains.
- Manage releases and applications with precision.
- Act as a bridge between IT departments and squads removing roadblocks and fostering collaboration.
Qualifications :
Profile:
- Degree in Computer Engineering Management or a related field.
- 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience in project management or PMO roles.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with IT compliance and security practices.
- Bonus: Technical knowledge of IT solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite tools.
- Working knowledge of JIRA.
- Familiarity with testing and incident/change management platforms.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
Additional Information :
(Hybrid work with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
