SENIOR SOC ENGINEER (HYBRID)
Portuguese company hires for hybridwork
Location: LisbonPortugal (Hybrid: 3 days on-site 2 remote)

KeyResponsibilities:
- Lead the deployment and management of key SIEM platforms:
Microsoft Sentinel
IBM QRadar
Other modern security tools - Collaborate in designing scalable and secure architectures across geographies
- Solve complex cybersecurity challenges with a proactive and analytical mindset
- Support automation and scripting (Python or equivalent) for SOC operations
- Promote best practices in incident detection response and monitoring
Who WereLooking For:
A skilled SOC professional whobrings:
Degree in Computer EngineeringElectrical Engineeringor equivalent experience
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experiencewith SIEM implementation
Strong background in cybersecurity operations and SOC platforms
Solid knowledge of Linux systems and scripting (Python orequivalent)
Familiarity with logging systems Windows/UNIX OSand network security fundamentals
Excellent communication skills and a collaborativeteam spirit
Analytical creative and solution-driven mindset
Fluency in English (B2) andPortuguese
