Job Description
Overview:
We are a global energy company based in Portugal known for its strong commitment to sustainability and innovation. As a leader in renewable energy we focus on clean electricity generation through wind solar and hydro power.
What are we looking for
- Up to 5 years experience on the role for which the service is being hired
- Bachelors degree in Software Engineering Computer Engineering or other relevant degree
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in collaborative global team environments
- Critical thinking and strong problem-solving orientation
- Commitment to hight-quality deliverables
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA Confluence) is a plus
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
- Experience in machine learning projects using Python R or SAS
- Familiarity with model deployment in production environments and lifecycle management
- Ability to identify business needs and develop corresponding data products
- Experience with medium-complexity analitycal models (e.g. regression classification clustering machine learning on structured at rest data)
- Experience with implementation of models in code (Python or R)
