Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled NOC Network Technician to join our team!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and troubleshoot Cisco routers in a production environment
  • Handle tickets and emails related to diagnostics configurations and WAN network implementations
  • Deploy Cisco routers and ensure proper integration into the infrastructure
  • Answer calls and provide technical assistance to clients
  • Work with technologies such as TCP/IP IPv4 BGP VRF VLANs Flex VPN WAN LAN FTP AAA TFTP IPSEC
  • Support the migration to an SD-WAN network contributing with relevant experience or certifications

Qualifications :

  • Over 3 years of experience in technical networking roles preferably in a NOC environment
  • Solid knowledge of routing WAN/LAN networks and Cisco equipment
  • Familiarity with network protocols and tools
  • SD-WAN certifications or training are a plus
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit
  • Proactive autonomous and able to handle pressure
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts (7h30-15h30; 15h30-23h30; 23h30-7h30)

  • Location: Tagus Park Oeiras
  • Workplace type: Hybrid (max. of 3 times per week in the office)
