About the Role
At iCliGo we are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our Finance team. This position is ideal for a motivated professional with academic training in Accounting Management or Economics who is eager to develop technical expertise and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the classification posting and verification of accounting documents ensuring compliance with applicable principles and standards;
- Issue and record invoices accurately and on time ensuring the correct registration of commercial operations;
- Assist in payments to suppliers and monitor cash flow movements ensuring efficient financial management;
- Perform periodic bank reconciliations ensuring alignment between accounting records and bank statements.
What Were Looking For
- Degree in Accounting Management Economics or a related field;
- Up to 2 years of experience in similar roles (including relevant internships);
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP Primavera Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Office with strong Excel skills;
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) additional knowledge of Spanish would be a plus;
- Strong sense of responsibility organization and accuracy;
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines;
- Proactive mindset critical thinking and team-oriented approach.
