HYBRID TYPE OF WORK (minimum 3 days in the office: ul. Przyokopowa 33 Warsaw)
As a Product Delivery Manager reporting to the Casino Backoffice and Regulatory Requirements Department Lead you will play a key role in shaping the future of our internal products and tools ensuring smooth delivery governance and continuous improvement. You will have the opportunity to work on complex systems that are central to our operations with a focus on backoffice services configuration management and compliance.
Qualifications :
You will be:
- Defining scope and effectively planning the work of the development team ensuring delivery of backoffice tools and services that power the Casino domain.
- Overseeing team productivity collaboration and delivery standards while supporting professional growth.
- Driving the release and maintenance cycle of new features and services from requirements gathering to go-live.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders (Backoffice Compliance Data Technical Operations Architects QA etc.) to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Handling urgent issues and supporting timely resolutions for backoffice-related services.
- Ensuring a clear understanding of the product vision and requirements within the team enabling better decision-making in daily work.
- Creating and maintaining the product backlog covering all functional compliance and technical needs.
- Ensuring requirements for new features are clearly defined and testable.
- Owning the product roadmap and aligning with stakeholders on delivery commitments.
- Defining long-term short-term and daily priorities to guide the efforts of the development team.
- Ensuring that features and changes are evaluated for usability performance and regulatory compliance.
- Cooperating with other Product Delivery Managers to continuously improve processes and knowledge sharing across teams.
To succeed in this role you should have:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner / Product Delivery Manager or Business Analyst in a tech environment.
- Experience with complex systems and multi-level configurations including ability to break down dependencies and logic.
- Strong analytical and math problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights.
- A good technical understanding of how core services and integrations work (e.g. APIs databases service layers).
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong English skills (spoken and written).
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to balance attention to detail with keeping the bigger picture in mind.
- Ability to operate under pressure handle parallel requests and adapt quickly to changes.
