We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our business development team. The ISR will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through targeted outreach across multiple channels including LinkedIn cold email campaigns private equity (PE) firm networking strategic partnerships and industrial customers. This role requires strong communication skills a strategic approach to prospecting and the ability to maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach
- Conduct targeted LinkedIn outreach to engage with potential prospects and decision-makers (800 requests/month).
- Execute personalized cold email campaigns to drive interest and initiate conversations (500 emails/month).
- Build and maintain relationships with Private Equity (PE) firms industrial customers and other potential collaborators to identify opportunities (250 contacts/month).
- Identify engage and nurture relationships with strategic partners to expand the business network (20 firms/month).
The ISR is expected to generate approximately 95 qualified leads per month.
- Lead Qualification
- Research and identify key decision-makers and assess their potential fit as clients.
- Gather relevant business intelligence to tailor outreach and engagement strategies.
- Pass qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement and conversion.
- CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activities prospect data and lead status in the CRM.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and pipeline development.
- Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging targeting strategies and outreach sequences.
- Share insights from prospect interactions to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales development business development or lead generation (B2B experience preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator CRM systems and email outreach tools.
- Strong research and prospecting skills with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work independently manage time effectively and consistently meet outreach and lead generation goals.

Monday to Friday (Onsite)
6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time - PST)
