About the Role:
We re looking for a remote Strategic Sales & Partnerships Lead for our USA-based client who is a premium childrens entertainment services provider based in California USA. They have operated for 20 years sending professional entertainers (dressed as fairies mermaids pirates etc.) to childrens birthday parties corporate family events and public festivals.
This is not an average outbound sales or appointment setter role we re looking for someone strategic entrepreneurial and driven by results. You'll be working directly with the founder to craft and execute outreach strategies refine sales systems and drive meaningful partnerships.
What You ll Do;-
- Lead outbound sales initiatives targeting parents organizations and potential event partners
- Develop and execute cold outreach strategies (email phone LinkedIn etc.) with a warm personal tone
- Identify pitch and secure strategic partnerships that align with the brand
- Refine and improve existing outreach and sales systems for better conversion
- Collaborate closely with the founder to understand customer profiles and shape growth direction
- Maintain CRM and reporting tools for pipeline management
- Meet and exceed sales goals while bringing innovation to the sales process
Requirements
- 5 8 years of experience in B2C/B2B sales partnerships or business development
- Prior experience in high-touch service-based industries (e.g. events entertainment education creative agencies wellness or coaching)
- Comfortable selling premium or high-ticket services
- Has worked remotely or independently ideally in startup or growth-stage companies
- Has experience building or optimizing sales systems CRMs outreach sequences

- Comfortable working in spreadsheets Notion or Google Workspace
