The company is a locally owned and operated commercial waste services company in the southern US. Most of the customers are businesses and not individuals. The company rents dumpsters to restaurants offices buildings etc and picks them up on a weekly basis. The company also rents dumpsters to construction companies. These dumpsters are picked up on an as-needed basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Were looking for a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to support our team with customer service social media tasks and general admin support.

• Answer phone calls assist with pricing/service inquiries and book orders in the ERP system.
• Help clients by providing information and answering questions.
• Assist with social media by writing captions and organizing posts.
• Send follow-up emails to customers requesting Google reviews.
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1-3 years of experience in customer service role
• Previous experience taking in calls is required
• Strong communication skills (phone and email).
• Familiarity with social media management
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
• Extremely well-spoken with near-native English speaking skills (little to no accent)
