Position Description
Under the general supervision of the Director of Operations successfully deploys implements and provides on-going administration of hardware applications programs and system software. Must work collaboratively with other departments to evaluate and implement process changes and hardware/software solutions that support business needs. This position provides the opportunity to influence change across the firm and to assist with development of best practices and business processes.
Position Accountabilities
Application Management:
- Implements and supports CRM development projects including acquisitions and APIs from initiation through deployment and implementation;
- Builds custom workflows to support business development best practices and for operational efficiency efforts;
- Identifies opportunities to automate manual processes;
- Creates employee reference guides for best practices and procedures for all related systems;
- Creates CRM reporting capabilities to track and support marketing campaigns and client segmentation;
- With assistance from the Director of Operations researches reviews and implements enhancements product updates and improvement opportunities to company applications;
- Helps to maintain document imaging system and the core operating system.
Hardware Management:
- Provides research and resolution of technology-related issues in coordination with parent companys technology management as necessary;
Training & Motivation:
- Creates materials for and presents training sessions for the firm striving for full utilization of CRM platform and all newly-implemented technology;

Position Qualifications
Education & Experience
- A bachelors degree with 2 years experience
Knowledge & Skills
- Experience with Salesforce strongly preferred; experience with Envestnet Tamarac desired but not required
- Experience with Microsoft products including high proficiency in Excel is required;
- Experience with video conferencing systems (e.g. Cisco Webex Microsoft Teams) strongly preferred;
- Working knowledge of registered investment advisory (RIA) industry strongly preferred;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Ability to coordinate and work on multiple projects at once;
- Advanced problem solving and creative thinking capabilities;
- Strong written communication skills;
- Strong organizational skills accuracy and attention to detail;
- Ability to demonstrate technical efficiencies and a desire to continue learning;
- Position requires strong interpersonal skills a highly motivated team player committed to providing excellent service.
Salary offered will be based on several factors including but not limited to education work experience certifications etc. The salary range for this role is $68621--$114456. This position is also eligible to participate in either an applicable incentive compensation plan for the position or a discretionary profit sharing bonus program.
