Job Description

Job Title: Sales Support Agent
Location: Philippines
Work Hours: (Saturday-Sunday 8-5 Monday-Wednesday 8-5)
Years of Experience: 2-3 years
Monthly Salary Range: $900-$1200

Responsibilities (Doing the Job. These should be the actions for which team member is responsible)

Expectations (Achieving the Results. These should be the goals and metrics for which team member is held accountable)

  • Communicate with New opportunities within 5 minutes of receiving the lead
  • Schedule appointments for the seller when deemed qualified.
  • Update CRM with the most recent details of seller communications as they occur.
  • Respond to seller email and text communications with a sense of urgency.
  • Communicate with the team when additional support or coverage is needed due to high lead volume.
  • Attend daily lead review.
  • Create & Send offers to sellers as requested by Acquisition Specialists.
  • Communicate with sellers from the past 7 days that have not been through lead intake.
  • Work with the team to schedule additional appointments to logistically fill calendars for the following day.
  • Send credibility kits to sellers with phone appointments scheduled that day.
  • Reverse search additional contact information for sellers that are still in No Contact.
  • Communicate with cold nurture leads & schedule an appointment if motivation has increased.
  • Send handwritten letters to difficult-to-reach sellers.

  • Maintain a positive and collaborative work culture with teammates.
  • To drive the business forward to increase revenue.
  • Have hot leads set up as soon as possible and set phone appointments between in-person appointments.
  • Maintain accurate notes of the current and upcoming status of acquisition.
  • To secure potential business and drive next action items to increase revenue.
  • Make sure all sellers are assisted in a timely manner and keep response times down.
  • Maintain a positive and collaborative work culture with teammates.
  • Help with a timely close of the acquisition.
  • Continued to attempt contact on all leads received.
  • Ensure leads are being converted to appointments in a timely manner.
  • Find contact info for leads that have inaccurate contact information.
  • Drive the business forward when the time is right for the seller and ensure they do not go a different route.
  • Generate new business that we may miss out on due to time constraints.
  • Strive for an average call duration of 15 minutes.
  • Maintaining a high level of problem-solving skills in order to make quick decisions for calendar changes lead priority and lead quality.
  • Update team on current and future business.
  • Sharpen skills to provide better service to sellers.
  • To potentially generate new business to help drive revenue.
  • Help yourself develop and honestly seek out coaching as needed.

Weekly Responsibilities

  • Attend weekly Lead Intake department meeting
  • Participate in team training.
  • Attend bi-weekly Power Hour to communicate with all no contacts.
  • Communicate training needs.
