Job Description

As a Sales Experience Specialist you will play a key role in engaging with customers addressing their needs and providing effective solutions. Through clear communication and excellent service you will build strong relationships and contribute to a positive customer experience.



Requirements

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and enhance overall experience.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative (minimum 1 2 years preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a talent for building relationships.
  • Comfortable working independently during night shifts.
