As a Sales Experience Specialist you will play a key role in engaging with customers addressing their needs and providing effective solutions. Through clear communication and excellent service you will build strong relationships and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and enhance overall experience.
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative (minimum 1 2 years preferred
- Demonstrated ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- A customer-focused mindset with a talent for building relationships.
- Comfortable working independently during night shifts.
