Required Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Behavioral Science Business Administration
Experience
Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of relevant professional experience.
Excellent professional judgement and ability to propose alternative solutions to complex issues.
Possess a can do attitude and client service mentality.
Ability to pro-actively manage expectations and challenge others in a professional manner.
Excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
A strong performance track record.
Essential Skills:
Project Management experience.
Stakeholder Management experience.
Curiosity a strong desire to learn.
Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Suite (Excel PowerPoint SharePoint).
Data Visualization Experience; has background either of the following: Canva Photoshop etc.).
Background with Deck Writing.
Strong communication skills; able to write and communicate in English competently.
Knowledge with Power BI and Alteryx is a plus.
