About the role
As a Courier Engagement Associate youll be in a key position to ensure the quality and smoothness of our last-mile deliveries which are the heart of our customer promise. You will manage the agreements processes and quality for our crucial courier partners in our Home delivery product. You are the vital link ensuring our operations run effectively sustainably and maintain the high-quality service Budbee is known for. You will together with your last-mile team build and maintain stable mutually beneficial relationships with our external partners. You will be part of our last mile team reporting to the Last Mile Manager.
Some of the things you will do
Provide for a central support and control function administer and participate in development of processes and ways-of-working related to our external deliveries throughout our last mile chain.
Manage our agreements with our external partners ensuring that the expectations we have are clearly communicated before and during the partnership and also are followed up upon by relevant stakeholders.
Provide Operations with data and information that they can use for daily communications and follow-ups but also work on a holistic level to ensure we have a mutually beneficial relationship.
Execute audits on a regular basis to ensure our courier partners are fully compliant with both legal and our own ethical standards.
Overseeing courier and driver performance.
Plan and execute long term planning together with relevant stakeholders.
Ensuring quality of our product by overseeing the partner fleet clothing delivery quality and making sure they are up to our standards.

You are comfortable using data to support your decisions and can combine analytical insights with human intuition to form and execute on your hypotheses.
You possess strong organizational and communication skills. Fluency in English and Finnish is critical to build and maintain relationships with our couriers.
