The business is at a pivotal growth moment having developed quality course content and membership systems that now need expert marketing automation to reach their full potential and impact more students worldwide.
Job Description:
This is an exceptional opportunity for a marketing automation expert to directly drive the growth of an educational business with proven products and an established audience. You ll have the freedom to build optimize and scale sales funnels and automated marketing systems that will transform how this classical guitar education company reaches and converts students. The role offers the satisfaction of seeing your technical expertise translate into real business growth while working with a passionate business owner who values expert guidance and is open to strategic recommendations for optimizing their marketing technology stack.
Responsibilities:
- Mondays to Fridays 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Standard business hours with New Zealand timezone alignment preferred
- Client Timezone: New Zealand (NZST/NZDT)

Responsibilities:
- Design build and optimize comprehensive sales funnels specifically for course and membership sales
- Create high-converting landing pages that appeal to the company s professional target demographic
- Implement sophisticated marketing automation sequences and triggers to nurture leads effectively
- Integrate and manage various marketing platforms and tools providing strategic recommendations for the optimal tech stack
- Develop lead generation strategies and optimize conversion processes throughout the customer journey
- Work with platforms including Squarespace FunnelKit ClickFunnels and other cutting-edge automation tools
- Provide strategic guidance on marketing technology decisions and platform migrations
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize systems for maximum ROI
Requirements
- Extensive proven experience in sales funnel creation and marketing automation with demonstrable results
- Expert-level skills in landing page design optimization and conversion rate optimization
- Deep familiarity with major platforms such as FunnelKit ClickFunnels Squarespace and similar automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in lead generation and conversion optimization strategies
- Ability to provide strategic recommendations and influence technology platform decisions
- Previous experience working with course-based membership or educational businesses strongly preferred
- Full-time availability and commitment to treating this role as your primary professional focus
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with business owner on strategic initiatives
